No, we don’t have a standalone shop.

How much does it cost to hire a dress and how long can I hire it for?

Every dress has a special price depending on their original cost and designer. Please note we do take a booking fee which is 50% of the rental and is redeemable against the full rental price. Rental is usually for 3 days but can be for longer for special arrangements. Rental starts from the day of your event date.

Can I try on a dress before my event date?

We have two options for this…

Option 1: You can prearrange an appointment to come and physically try on a dress or dresses.

Option 2: We can post out the dress/dresses to you to try on in the comfort of your own home. We do not charge for this service only for postage.

How much is postage?

Postage is €10 within Ireland and can take 2-3 days to be delivered. If you require next day delivery, postage will be higher. Postage can take longer at certain times of the year. We do deliver to Northern Ireland and the UK - cost of postage will be calculated on request . We try to get the dress to you 1-2 days prior to your event.

What sizes do you stock?

We stock a range of dresses in sizes 8-16. We only stock one size in each dress.

For detailed sizing information, please check out the size and fit located under each product. Sizing is in UK standard size.

What happens if the dress I hire is the wrong size or does not suit me?

We understand the importance of the right fit. If the dress is the wrong size and if time allows, we will try to get you a replacement dress. If you do not want a replacement dress, then we will refund the rental price minus the booking fee and postage or offer you a credit note.

If the dress does not suit, we will again offer you a replacement dress or refund you the rental cost minus the booking and postage fee or a credit note. We strongly advise that you check our sizing information on each dress as we stock different labels and each label can measure differently. You can also avail of our try on service which is a free service.

How far in advance should I book?

We can take bookings up to 3 months in advance however most customers will place an order 2-3 weeks before their event. We only stock one size of each dress, for exclusivity reasons so to avoid disappointment we recommend you to book as early as possible.

What if I damage or stain the dress?

Firstly, don’t panic we expect some light staining from makeup/tan which can be removed by our dry-cleaning service. In the event of a tear or damage, hopefully our seamstress can repair the damage. If the staining or damage is not repairable you will be charged the recommended retail price of the dress so that it can be replace. In most cases, the dress will be repairable, and the cost of the repair will be passed onto you.

How do I know the dress is clean?

All of our dresses are dry cleaned by our dry-cleaning service cleaner. They carry out inspections before a garment is sent back to us. We take a photo of each dress and pack each dress in plastic to ensure you always receive it in great condition. We seal each box to avoid a 3rd party tampering with the box and thus damaging the dress. If you receive a dress that is soiled, and the seal on the box is broken, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to replace the dress with another dress or refund you the rental price .

What if I change my mind or wish to cancel the order?

We are unable to provide full refunds for change of mind or cancelled events. We understand that plans change, and we are more than happy to offer you a credit note for the value of your order.

What if the dress I pre-booked becomes damaged by another renter prior to my booking ?

We expect people who rent our dresses to treat them with care, but in the event of a pre-booked dress becoming damaged by another renter and it cannot be repaired in time, we will notify you immediately. We will offer you a replacement dress if time allows or offer you a full refund.

How do I make a payment for a rental?

On booking we take a booking fee for each rental - this booking fee is 50% of the total rental price.

Full payment is then taken prior to dispatch of your dress.

We use PayPal or direct lodgement into our bank account.
